Vic Zerbst

Award-Winning Comedy Writer, Director and Actor

A comedy performer for a decade, most notably on SBS’s news satire series The Feed and now the next generation of Australian comedy.

Vic Zerbst has been performing with Jenna Owen as sketch-comedy duo Freudian Nip for a decade now, most notably on SBS’s satire series The Feed. But it was a viral video in 2023 for the Voice to Parliament referendum, costarring Indigenous rapper Briggs, that introduced the pair to a wider audience (their Chaser skit as teenage contact tracers during the pandemic was another hit).

In 2024, Vic made her film debut as writer and star of the Stan Christmas film Nugget Is Dead. In 2025 Vic latest project is a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud workplace comedy that lifts the veil on everyday office politics and on the corporate spin that infects all the news we consume. Optics was created, written and stars Vic Zerbst, Jenna Owen, and Charles Firth and premiered in 2025 on ABC TV and ABC iview.

Vic is considered one of the most exciting and refreshing voices in comedy.
