Rebecca Morse is an award-winning South Australian journalist who co-hosts SAFM’s popular breakfast show Bec & Soda.
After presenting Adelaide’s 10 News First bulletin for 14 years Rebecca has cemented herself as a highly-respected and admired personality within South Australia’s broadcast media industry and across the community at large.
Her move to radio received industry recognition with the Best New Talent prize at the 2019 Australian Commercial Radio Awards.
Rebecca is a sought-after and experienced MC, having hosted successful events for charities and organisations including the Australian Hotels Association, the Australian Medical Association, Business Chicks, Kickstart for Kids, Ronald McDonald House, Adelaide Fashion Festival, Port Adelaide Football Club, SACA and Adelaide University.
Rebecca is married with three children, providing her with ample material for her popular parenting column in local magazine Kiddo.
She is a proud ambassador for the Animal Welfare League, Kickstart for Kids, the Premier’s Reading Challenge and the Port Adelaide Football Club.
Rebecca was born in Adelaide and educated at Blackwood High School, before completing a Journalism degree at the University of South Australia.
She won a cadetship with the ABC in Adelaide in 1998 and embarked on postings in Port Pirie, Darwin and Brisbane, returning to her home town as a senior reporter and presenter for ABC TV and radio news, before her stint at Network 10 from 2006 to 2020.
