Quentin Jones is one of Australia’s foremost experts in management, leadership and organisational development. Over the past 20 years, Quentin has pioneered the concept of leadership and culture and its links to business performance. Innovation and research are his passions and his contribution as thought leader, consultant, educator, business and network builder has set Australia as a leader in this field.
As Managing Director of CLS360, Quentin works with leaders to identify, measure and change the full range of leadership interpersonal behaviours using the Circumplex Leadership Scan 360° (CLS360). The CLS360 is the first evidence-based interpersonal circumplex leadership tool that scientifically measures interpersonal leadership behaviour, providing insight into a leader’s unique ability to influence others.
Prior to establishing CLS360 in early 2013, Quentin was the Managing Director of Human Synergistics, a leading diagnostic company, for almost 15 years. During this time his leadership, business and marketing acumen drove growth and consistently delivered a compound annual growth rate of 22%.
Quentin has extensive public speaking experience and his presentations have been applauded by audiences including the Australian Institute of Management, American Chamber of Commerce and the Sustainable Human Capital Management Conference.
Quentin has also presented at a number of conferences internationally, such as the Association for Coaching’s Third Biannual International Conference in London and the Finish Society of Organisational Learning Annual Conference in Helsinki.
For over ten years he has been MC at the annual Australian Conference on Culture and Leadership, with audiences numbering into the thousands.
His work with organisations such as AMP, Centrelink, CSIRO, Lion Nathan, MasterCard, Rio Tinto, Westpac, Telstra, RAN and the Queensland Police Service, amongst others, has been hailed as instrumental in developing new constructive leadership programs. Indeed, he has had recognised success with many of Australia’s top 500 companies.
