The Handwriting Guy

Your signature is how you present yourself to others. On the other hand, your handwriting shows what you’re really like.

If there’s inconsistency between your signature and handwriting, there’s a gap between how others see you and what you’re really like.

Remember when you were at school and the teacher would say “This is important, underline it!” Underlining your signature says ‘This is me, this is who I am, I back myself, I believe in myself’. Underlining insulates you against life joy stealers. NB make sure it underlined, not slashing through the signature!

Change is easy … it is just a whole lot easier not to change. A great catalyst for a personal shake-up is to change your signature. Use your signature consciously and unconsciously, as an energising commitment to accepting the best life can give you and for you giving your best to the world. Use what you learnt from my presentation and this postcard, to craft your signature into your personal logo that represents excellence.

The Power of Positive Doing

And the Difference That Makes the Difference in Work, Life & Leadership

Drawing from over four decades of experience and Malcolm’s signature “Tykes on Bikes” program, participants are taken on a moving journey of contribution, connection, and collective impact. Teams are challenged to work together, believing they’re simply competing in a fun, fast-paced race to build bikes… until the real twist is revealed: the bikes are being gifted to underprivileged kids who arrive at the end. Cue goosebumps, a few tears, and a renewed sense of what “positive doing” really looks like.

In this powerful session, participants learn that the difference that makes the difference in leadership and life isn’t just about being skilled-it’s about bringing your heart to the table. Showing up. Giving your best. Making meaning, not just meeting metrics.

Because when you combine quality action with mindful intent-when you genuinely care about the impact-you don’t just get results. You uplift yourself, your team, your workplace, and the people on the other end of your efforts.

That’s the power of positive doing. That’s the magic of putting your heart into it.

Phoenix Ignition

Reignite. Refocus. Rise again – or higher than ever.

Some people are clawing back from burnout. Others are crushing it but want the next level. This is for both. Whether you’ve lost your mojo or simply outgrown your old groove – Phoenix Ignition is your reset, your realignment, your personal revolution.

At Phoenix, we go one step further – we build Habrituals: sacred daily rituals that matter so much they become non-negotiables.

This program is less about “aha” moments and more about what you consistently do next Monday morning.

Because let’s be real: you’re either consistent, or the results will be non-existent. We’ll help you design a rhythm that fits your energy, your genius, and your lifestyle – and make it stick. These aren’t hacks. These are anchors.
