Over her career she has worked on hundreds of real life cases from all parts of the process including, legal, investigations, advisory and process improvement.  Karen works with a diverse range of government and private organisations. Karen is passionate about making workplaces safer and enhancing cultures, she focuses on the fundamentals of great culture and leadership to make this happen.
