David Lutteral (Luttsy) joined Nova 106.9 in 2004 as part of the foundation breakfast team and remains part of Brisbane’s most listened to radio show. He also has served as a valued and respected board member of The Queensland Academy of Sport and currently serves as a brand ambassador for leading Australian companies including LION Brewing.
Following the announcement of Brisbane hosting the 2032 Olympics and Paralympics, Luttsy commenced the podcast “Toward the Games, Brisbane 2032, with co-host Chris Jones (Editor, Courier Mail). The podcast represents a regular creative outlet for Luttsy’s passion for Brisbane, sport, major events, and how we will consume sports entertainment over the next decade and beyond.
Luttsy is also a television regular and has made regular appearances on shows such as ABC TV’s ‘The Fat’, Seven’s ‘100% Tony Squires’ Nine’s ‘NRL Footy Show’. And Fox Sports ‘The Back Page’.
Luttsy is a sought after MC and has worked with leading organisations including Lion Brewing, Adidas, Asics, Swimming Australia, Xbox, and the Australian Olympic Committee.
He is also regularly invited to MC prestigious sporting events for Cricket Australia, the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, World Rugby Sevens, The Wallabies, Noosa Triathlon, Athletics Australia and most recently the Paris Olympic Games, and 2022 and 2023 World Athletics Championships.
Luttsy still keeps listeners amused on Brisbane’s most listened to breakfast show, and travels extensively to World Class sporting events and venues to enhance Brisbane’s ever-increasing profile on the global sporting and entertainment landscape.
