Claire Pitman

Career and Leadership Coach

With twenty years of corporate coaching, talent management consulting, and leadership experience, Claire Pitman has had the opportunity to gain insight into hundreds of workplaces.

She has worked closely with organisational leaders at all levels and in various industries, exploring consistent talent management and psychosocial wellbeing challenges. While these challenges are consistent across industries, Claire has found that the approach to tackle them requires personalisation.

Claire has developed tailored, clear, and concise workshop and keynote delivery plans and strategies with a focus on practical, actionable outcomes. In coaching and workshop facilitation, she utilises well-researched tools and techniques, combined with years of experience in supporting Hiring Managers to attract, engage, and retain talent with accountability for performance. Drawing from her own similar experience, she has built trust with participants by aligning delivery to their unique challenges and ambitions, tailoring her delivery style to suit the audience.

After completing a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology, Claire consulted with SMEs and large enterprises on leadership, employee attraction, performance management, and workplace psychosocial strategy throughout Australia and South-East Asia. She has facilitated paid-attendance full-day workshops and keynote deliveries to groups of up to 200, maintaining momentum, energy, and developing actions throughout the day.

Having led her own multi-disciplined teams through change projects and delivering multiple deadlines within tight timeframes, Claire understands the importance of fostering team morale to achieve high levels of productivity. She has supported over 2000 Hiring Managers in recruitment activities, including hiring and managing teams of her own.
