Chris Richardson is a partner of Deloitte Access Economics and one of Australia’s best known economists. A leading macroeconomist, his expertise includes the Australian and global economies, Federal budget analysis and property, ageing and industry trends.
As the head of Deloitte Access Economics’ forecasting and modelling unit, Chris’ views on trends in the economy and their effect on business are regularly sought out by media.
Chris has worked with numerous private and public organisations over many years to provide tailored economic advice and assist with business planning. His guest speaker appearances vary from delivering keynotes to conferences for one of Australia’s leading banking institutions, to participating in discussions with the Board of Directors for a major construction company. Chris Richardson has enjoyed an extraordinary career at a national and international level. He has worked at the IMF, advising countries in the former Soviet Union and South America and he has worked at the Federal Treasury in Australia.
